Charlotte McGlade is the Director International Programs and Cooperation at the Canadian Red Cross. Charlotte has been working in humanitarian operations for over 15 years with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, Habitat for Humanity, and Action Against Hunger deploying and managing complex international emergency response operations and programs in the Americas, Africa and Asia. Charlotte holds a BSc. from the University of Toronto and an MSc. from Coventry University.
